About me and my therapy practice
I provide a non-judgemental, open and safe space for you to talk and make sustainable changes. My approach is warm, empathetic and integrative, utilising several different ways of working relative to each client. I am able to offer you an individual bespoke therapeutic relationship, having worked with a diverse range of client issues through both the NHS and private practice.
I also have extensive experience working and mentoring in operations, HR and legal across a wide variety of industries such as tech startups, music and investment banking. Building on this experience, I incorporate creative, solution-focused and coaching methodologies into my practice to help you to realise your own abilities.
I believe that self-awareness and self-acceptance are a journey, and as such, all our paths are different.
Practice description
I am a BACP registered psychotherapist and coach, and I hold a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London, as well as a Bachelors degree in Law.
After spending several months studying yoga in Northern India, I also developed a keen interest in body work and somatic therapy so that where relevant, I can work with you to understand how unresolved emotions, stresses and traumas may have been internalised.
I work mostly online or by phone, but I can offer occasional face-to-face sessions in London or Cornwall and I am happy to discuss what would work best for you.
My first session
Our first session will be a chance for you to see if you would like us to work together, with no obligation or commitment required up front.
