About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor and work with a humanistic approach, drawing also on client-centred elements, as well as Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. This means, you decide what and how you want to talk about something, we might look at the past together, and at the here & now to find workable solutions for you. I am adaptable with going at your pace.
I believe life is precious, but sometimes it gets complicated and it might help you to know that there’s someone out there who is willing to listen, to help you to better understand your situation and to give you a space to ‘just be’. I work confidentially and adhere to the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)’s ethical framework. I am autism-aware. So, if you're feeling stuck, why not give it a try?
I am available for face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling.
Face-to-face counselling is taking place by appointment on Monday afternoons and Wednesday afternoons, pre-booking is essential.
Online and telephone counselling are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
