About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, lost, depressed, lonely or stuck? Is life overwhelming you? Do you feel like there are things in your past you need to talk about? Trauma, depression and anxiety can feel physically as well as emotionally overwhelming, and it can be hard to take the time to really focus on ourselves and listen to what we need.
As a person-centred therapist I will work with you to build a relationship which helps you to understand and manage these feelings, break patterns and focus on your needs. I also have specific training in working with survivors of domestic abuse and work with the Salford Domestic Abuse Counselling Service. I work in a non judgemental way and value inclusivity.
Practice description
I will regularly review the therapy with you, to ensure we are aligned and have a shared agreement on the length of therapy.
My first session
It is important to find the right therapist for you, so if you get in touch I will respond to arrange a 15 minute phone call to learn a little about each other and see if it will be a good fit. This is a no-obligation call.
