About me and my therapy practice
I provide psychological support and counselling to those seeking a confidential, non-judgemental and empathic space to talk. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in my practice and will work collaboratively with you to help deal with what you may be going through currently.
I am also able to offer sessions in BSL if required.
I currently offer online sessions via Zoom and hope to offer face to face sessions again in the near future.
