About me and my therapy practice
As a Person Centred Therapist I believe everyone’s experience differs, we can never know how something truly feels to another, my approach is non judgmental and mostly non directive.
My aim is to sit with you while you explore your thoughts and feelings, create a safe space for you to open up in confidence and explore how we can, together, move through any fears or problems that you feel may be holding you back.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out and connect with me.
I am a qualified Person Centred Therapist using integrative approach to therapy. I have experience working with clients from all backgrounds of life. I have held clients with a variety of reasons for seeking therapy, such as depression and anxiety, sexual identity fears and relationship problems.
