About me and my therapy practice
I have experience working with a range of clients with issues such as high anxiety, depression, trauma, BPD, autism and ADHD. All of these conditions can lead to difficulties with day to day life, low self esteem, relationship problems, and a loss of a general sense of wellbeing in the world. I am fully aware of the overlap between these conditions, and that a client who has a diagnosis, doesn't necessarily fit neatly behind a label. I also know that not having a diagnosis can have a huge impact too. Whatever you are struggling with, together we can explore your individual needs and identify ways to improve your experience of life.
I work in a lovely, bright and airy office in Weston, offering an integrative approach to counselling. This means I am able to draw upon a range of theoretical approaches, resources and tools to work in a way that suits you best. I offer long term counselling if desired and do not limit the number of sessions that clients attend.
I can offer counselling in person, online or via telephone.
My first session
It's important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor and I understand that the first session can be daunting for some people.
I offer a free, no commitment, half hour session for you to get to know me a little and to talk about what you would like to get from counselling.
