About me and my therapy practice
There can be times in life when things can feel overwhelming, hopeless and bleak, when we lose sight of who we are. There can be times in life when we feel alone with a problem.
If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, feel conflicted or distressed, I offer a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. As a Person Centered Therapist I aim to work with you to increase your self awareness, understanding and insight.
I offer a safe confidential environment, where you will be able to talk and be listened to with unconditional acceptance.
Our sessions will last for 50 minutes, we can arrange weekly or fortnightly sessions. I abide by the BACP code of ethics and my work is supervised.
