About me and my therapy practice

I have been practising in London since 1995. As a therapist I work in depth with the impact of psychological past and childhood trauma as well as with questions of life direction, meaning and purpose. Therapy encourages exploration of inner potential through dealing with limitations of past conditioning and releasing unhelpful patterns, whilst responding to a deeper longing for more authentic and creative way to live. Our struggles in life’s journey can become the opportunity for inner exploration, psychological growth and fulfilment.

I offer safe, respectful, non judgemental and confidential space to explore feelings, thoughts and choices. The purpose is to increase self awareness and participation in the web of life, to enjoy richness of living and harmonious relationships with others. We will explore together your choice to have short term 8 to 18 sessions or longer term therapy to facilitate your personal process and change.
