About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual or emotional abuse, addictive behaviours, relationship issues, gender identity, sexuality and self-harm.
I have trained at Metanoia Institute in London, one of the UK’s leading counselling and psychotherapy training organisations in Britain. My practice follows the person-centred approach that facilitates your personal growth and allows you to discover and utilise your strengths. Therapy is offered as short or long term (online, face to face or walk and talk) in a warm, safe, non-judgmental and calm environment. The first session is half price.
My first session
I am aware that it could be difficult for some people to take this first step. I've been there. Setting up a meeting starts with an email or phone call from you. In our initial session, we will have the opportunity to know a bit about each other, answer some questions and discuss any worries that might be present. It would be a co-creating space where I will follow your pace. If you are happy to continue, we will arrange to see each other weekly. Also, if you are wondering about short or long term therapy, I will hold regular reviews to see if this is working for you.
