About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to my profile.

I'm a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor practising in Central London and online. I help clients to heal, grow, and positively impact their lives and improve their relationships.

Therapy is a safe space to explore your problems with a trained professional that may be hard to discuss elsewhere. Sharing your history and circumstances is deeply personal and will be responded to with compassion, empathy and professionalism. Together we will work through your material to process difficult experiences, emotions, interpersonal relationships, negative behaviours and life patterns.

I believe in the potential of humans to reach their full potential and transform. My purpose is to help others on a journey of self-discovery to lead enriching, full lives.

Common issues clients bring to therapy include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, self-destructive habits, negative thoughts, stress, mental and physical health concerns, low self-esteem, personality problems, creative blocks, questions around spirituality, life crises, traumatic experiences, betrayal, narcissistic issues, malaise, melancholia and discontent.

Practice description

I welcome clients from all walks of life to my practice.

I work particularly well with creative individuals and critical thinkers such as writers, artists and musicians, along with sensitive souls, outsiders and those who feel alienated or marginalised by society.

I specialise in bereavement, low self-esteem, complex childhood backgrounds, issues associated with narcissism, and narcissistic abuse.  My work with grief has given me a level of confidence and achievement working with male clients, elders, and those seeking new meaning and a sense of purpose in life after loss.

I am an integrative therapist and tailor therapy to each individual. I am trained in multiple approaches, including Jungian, transpersonal, humanistic, existential and psychodynamic therapy models.

Appointments are 50 mins and take place weekly in-person, online or by telephone Monday - Thursday.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call to become acquainted before booking a full session.

The first session involves an assessment where I will ask questions about your life history, current circumstances and your reasons and goals for entering therapy.

If you decide to go ahead, we can arrange a time to meet weekly and begin our work together.
