I am currently available for clients via online. telephone and face to face appointments. I usually work Monday to Friday but can be flexible to suit your personal circumstances, including evening and weekend appointments. I can visit you at home, if a confidential space can be arranged.

I am available for an initial free, no-obligation telephone or online call. This will allow you to decide for yourself if my counselling practice meets your personal needs. This will usually last around 15 mins, and will enable you to get more information about how I work and if you wish to engage with my services. Following this decision, if you wish to proceed, I will send you further details for your first session, whether online, telephone or in person.
