Do you ever wake up and wish you had a different life? Maybe you struggle with the loss of health or your career. Maybe you struggle with issues of confidence or self-esteem. Has something happened that has left your world feeling empty and pointless? I can help you make sense of where you are now, and find your path into a better life. My goal is to help you fix your relationships, enjoy your job again, and love your life.
Change does not have to take forever. I offer a time-limited and structured 'talking therapy', typically delivered over 16 weekly sessions. In the initial weeks, we identify your difficulties and look at your important relationships. Together we discover repeating patterns in your life. Week by week this knowledge is used to make sense of your difficulties and to fix them. The final four weeks will see us strengthening the changes and working towards a good ending.
