About me and my therapy practice
I work using the Person centred method of counselling, this means that you the person is in control of all that we do.
My role is to facilitate a secure and caring environment that will allow you to feel safe to talk about whatever you bring to the session.
I help by using empathic listening and reflecting back to you my understanding of what you are saying.
The aim is to lead to your increasing sense of self, self confidence and self awareness.
