About me and my therapy practice
Life’s experiences can be very difficult or too painful to face on your own. Sometimes talking with someone who is not a family member or friend can help. You may feel able to share with me those things you feel you can’t say to people who are close to you.
I work with adults who feel lost due to losing someone close, are stressed about work or a relationship or have lost confidence but don’t understand why. I can help you to feel good again.
I offer you a confidential and safe place where you can work through any problems you wish to share with me. I work in a non-directive and non-judgemental way. It is my belief that by offering you support whilst you work through these difficult or painful experiences you will find your own solutions to your problems thus enabling you to move forwards and begin to feel good again.
