About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am a BACP registered therapist specialising in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, low self esteem and relationship issues. I will work with you to recognise and understand your unhelpful patterns and the anxiety and depression which results from difficult life events or past experiences.
Sometimes feelings can come out of the blue and seem to have no cause in the here and now. I will help you to explore and understand this so you can make changes to how you feel. I use an Humanistic Integrative approach to therapy and use Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches.
I have experience of working as a therapist in a wide variety of settings including private practice, in voluntary organisations and in a national child bereavement charity. I have experience of working with a range of issues in a number of areas of counselling including loss and change, bereavement, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, childhood issues and low self esteem.

I am qualified to PG Level 6 Diploma level in Clinical Supervision and I am able to supervise your work with both individuals and couples.
