About me and my therapy practice
Life can often be in a constant state of change and uncertainty. Life can also be a source of connection and growth. Sometimes that means leaning on others to help you navigate difficult times. The journey often begins with simply noticing. Since you are here, now, chances are you already started the journey.
Being a counsellor is a culmination of my own personal and professional journey. My experiences thus far have left me humbled and filled with gratitude to be part of the counselling process for my clients in Scotland and all around the United Kingdom who are in need of mental health support during life's inevitable difficulties and transitions. I am honoured to build trust so you can move forward.
You'll benefit from holistic and diverse approaches aimed to provide the right support at the right time for you, the client. I work with your physical, psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. We work together in a compassionate, non-pathologizing and non-judgmental approach.
As a client-centred holistic therapist, my goal is to support you in navigating life's difficult patches. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, change, addiction, trauma, loss or grief, I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your feelings and work towards healing. My approach to therapy combines several different theories, including psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). I look forward to working together to achieve balance and find your inner equilibrium.
My first session
We have the opportunity to speak for a complimentary 15 minute initial consultation and to check in with your needs, and explore any questions you may have about the counselling process.
