About me and my therapy practice
We all experience challenges and difficulties in our lives. Often we can face these issues on our own or can find the support of our friends to be helpful. However, sometimes we feel stuck and cannot seem to deal with things by ourselves. At these times CBT, Counselling or Psychotherapy can be most helpful in getting a fresh perspective on your situation and gaining awareness about the way you feel and behave. This in turn can lead you to be able to make informed changes that ultimately result in a life that simply works better for you.
My name is Jeff Yates and I am an experienced and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based just 4 minutes walk away from Clapham Junction in SW11 which sits at the boundary of Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth in South West London.
I am experienced in providing CBT, Counselling and Psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to work with you to explore and understand your difficulties. These may include low confidence and self-esteem, anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, relationship issues, anger management, loneliness, sexual difficulties, workplace problems, stress and many other areas.
My practice is in Barnard Road, off St John's Road, Battersea, London SW11 1QS. Conveniently located just a 4-5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station which is two stops on the overland train from Waterloo, Victoria and Wimbledon and a single stop from Vauxhall and Earlsdon. My practice is also 5-10 minutes by bus from Clapham Common or Clapham South Tube Stations.
