About me and my therapy practice

Whether you are experiencing a crisis in your life and need support, or you are curious as to why you are feeling the way you are and wanting more self-understanding, therapy can be transformational.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment in which we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to understand your current experiences and problems.

Practice description

I am a psychotherapist based in Bracknell, Berkshire with several years’ experience working in both short-term and long-term settings.

I am a relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapist and adhere to the ethical framework of my respective organisations the BACP, UKCP, EATA and Metanoia Institute.

My first session

In our first session, we will be getting to know one another, discussing your goals for therapy and briefly exploring your history.  This allows you to see if you feel I am the right therapist for you, and for us to understand the significance of key moments in your life.  We also will have the opportunity to discuss any questions you might have, and to explore how we might work together.
