About me and my therapy practice
I see therapy as a space for us to co create a place in which you can explore and reflect on difficult issues or experiences without fear of judgement.
I work face to face in London or online.
I usually suggest we aim for 8-10 sessions. Following this if necessary we can continue working on a longer term basis if you prefer.
My first session
Following an initial telephone call the first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine how best to work based on your own needs.
