About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified counsellor offering a confidential and non-judgemental counselling and psychotherapy service for adults and young people.
I usually practice from a friendly, comfortable and safe environment in the centre of Romsey within easy reach of Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh and Southampton, however, during the COVID19 restrictions, sessions are only conducted remotely, online or via the telephone.
I believe we each have individual and unique needs and my approach enables me to draw from a wide range of counselling models to suit each client.
Working together, we can raise awareness around any issues you may be currently facing, as well as working through any historic, unresolved issues that still impact your life and well-being today.
Achieving raised awareness and clarity about your situation through therapy, can offer a new perspective. Better understanding of yourself and how you relate to others can improve your sense of wellbeing and enable you to take more control of your life and the choices you make.
If you feel I can help you, please get in touch by email or telephone.
My first session
Finding the right counsellor is vital and you may decide to see several counsellors before deciding who is the right fit for you. With this in mind, I make no charge for the initial 30 minute session which rather than a counselling session, is an opportunity for you to establish whether you feel comfortable and happy working together, and for me to achieve understanding and what brings you to counselling at this time.
