About me and my therapy practice
My approach is Person Centred. The work we do is led by you, the client. I won't tell you what to talk about, or seek to judge your actions or feelings. Instead, I will support you in exploring your concerns at a pace and a depth that feels safe. You may approach me because of present issues or something that happened in the past.
Together we can look at how you yourself make sense of your situation, the blocks that are in your way, understand why they are there, and look at possible ways to move beyond them. With greater self-awareness and trust in yourself, I hope that you will be able to make constructive changes, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and a greater feeling of control over your life.
