I regard the people that I work with as unique individuals with unique needs. So I will work with whatever you bring that is of significance to you. I work integratively, and predominantly draw upon the psychodynamic and person centered approaches.

About me and my therapy practice
Supervision is a professional requirement, and when it works well it can form an important part of your counselling practice.
I provide supervision to individuals on a one to one basis, and also have experience in leading group supervision sessions
I aim to create a collaborative relationship in which you feel comfortable sharing potentially difficult aspects of your practice without fear. This way you will get the most from our time together and feel confident to apply important growth and learning to your practice.
As a christian, I have understanding as to the particular challenges faced by christian counsellors, and the specific support needed. As such I often work with christian supervisees and have experience in providing pastoral supervision to church leaders.
