About me and my therapy practice
Everyday stress, anxiety and worry can lead one to difficult places. Through a safe and confidential environment one can address these issues and construct meaning around intricate and challenging experiences. Taking the first step, and asking for help is a significant move toward reflecting, understanding and thinking about one's internal world.
I am both a member of the BPS and the BACP; I hold a Bsc in psychology and an MA in psychodynamic therapy. I have NHS experience in both primary and secondary care. I offer psychodynamic therapy in a safe and empathetic environment around Oxford Circus. I also offer therapy in Greek.
Over the years, I have seen service users with several issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, panic attacks, addictions, gambling issues and eating disorders. I hope that- in a confidential space- I can be able to facilitate a journey of self exploration, by understanding how the past and unconscious processes inform the present situation.
