About me and my therapy practice
Hi! Now that you have courageously taken the first step towards therapy it is important that you work with a therapist with whom you feel comfortable. I offer a confidential service and a space where I hope you feel able to share and express your thoughts and feelings. As your therapist I aim to listen without judgement, offering acceptance and understanding. My hope is that through the process of exploring your thoughts and feelings you can gain insight, reduce your distress and heal. Your sessions are for you. I am here to facilitate the changes you hope to make. I will play an active role in the sessions, exploring and sharing the process with you.
As our relationship is central to the process, I offer all clients an introductory session for me to provide more information about myself, person-centred therapy and what you can expect. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and get to know a bit more about me and my style of therapy. This is for 45 minutes at a reduced fee of £15.
I offer daytime and evening appointments on weekdays.
