About me and my therapy practice
I believe that we’re all complex human beings and that taking the step to wanting support is the bravest move.
We have many challenges in life and wanting to feel positive in life, have healthy relationships and more at ease inside yourself, sometimes needs support. I am here to support those questions in life: -How do I reduce feeling so overwhelmed? -Where has my energy gone? -How do I feel more confident in my relationships? -How do I feel calmer?. You matter so let’s start with “Take care of you”.
Working in collaboration with the tools of resiliency, counselling and psychotherapy can enable you to reduce confusion, and feelings of being overwhelmed, hurt or anxious. Building bridges between the different parts of you: the part that keeps strong, the part that hides emotional wounds and the resourceful part that gets you through the day. I can help you cultivate healthier relationships and your resilience within.
I am a fully trained resilience practitioner, relational counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
My first session
I provide a free 15 minute appointment to talk through what your concerns and needs are and if we could work together. If I am unable to provide what you need I will sign post to other services.
Spending time with the uncomfortable, the tension, confusion and hurt you may be experiencing is my role in supporting your life challenges.
Sessions are confidential and compliant with BACP ethics.
