About me and my therapy practice
As a Humanistic counsellor, I firmly believe in promoting your autonomy and gaining an understanding of your experiences with a caring, compassionate, empathetic, warm, and accepting way of being.
I offer you a safe, confidential space for non-judgemental support to explore your struggles with life’s challenges and difficult emotions. I aim to provide the foundation on which we can build a trusting, equal rapport to explore your distress, relationships, behavioural patterns, or any other issues you wish to talk through.
Establishing this collaborative relationship will be key to our work together, facilitating insight, and creating opportunities for personal growth, positive change, and acceptance.
I am inclusive of all communities, identities, and differences.

My first session
Whether you’ve had counselling before or not, I'm aware of the courage it may take to make the first step towards contacting a therapist. To make this easier, I offer a free, half-hour introduction session online or on the phone to establish your needs and if I am the right counsellor for you.
Getting the right connection to work together is essential and therefore there will be no obligation to continue after a trial session.
