About me and my therapy practice
Counselling provides a non-judgemental and confidential environment to talk about, explore and understand personal experiences which are impacting on your life.
As an integrative therapist, I provide a personalised approach by drawing on key methods from different counselling theories to tailor therapeutic work to you.
Working in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. All records are kept in line with the Information Commissioner's Office regulations (ICO).
Practice description
I provide long term and short term work to suit your needs.
A therapeutic session is held for 50 minutes and delivered by your choice of either a telephone or video call.
My first session
The assessment session provides an opportunity to greet each other, talk with you about your therapeutic needs and answer any questions you may have about therapy.
If you decide to go forward with therapy, we will talk about how we can make it work best for you, by considering session frequency, timings and method.
This process is the beginning of building a trusting working relationship.
