About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am available for both individual and couple counselling. I am qualified as an integrative counsellor, which means use a range of skills which can be adapted to your particular requirements. I am also qualified in relationship therapy. I offer a professional, nurturing and encouraging environment which allows you to explore issues and feelings safely, to enable fresh thinking and behaviours. I can provide short, medium and long term counselling aimed at meeting your needs
Practice description
I can offer counselling in person as well as via telephone and Zoom appointments.
My first session
This session will be for 30 minutes and free of charge with no requirement for you to commit to continue with counselling. It will provide an opportunity to talk through your concerns and we can discuss whether counselling with me would be appropriate at this time.
