* During the current Coronavirus social distancing, I am continuing to work online via Zoom; something which I am experienced in doing and have practiced with a number of clients for a long time. Online therapy can be very successful and I offer a free initial session so you can explore how working with me in this way can work for you *
My working days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Daytime and evening appointments available.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist who builds what I do around the needs of each individual client and offers a confidential space for you to explore the challenges of your life. I can work with a wide variety of issues, including depression, abuse, self esteem, relationship difficulties and many more. My specialism is in working with issues with food and this can be at any level, from diagnosed eating disorders through to chronic dieting and body image concerns. If it’s a problem for you, it’s something worthy of attention. I can work face to face at my practice in Honiton, or online sessions are also available, as is a mix of the two. I offer a free initial session, either face to face or online, to discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and whether working with me might be right for you.
