About me and my therapy practice
Due to the COVID-19 situation, I am currently not offering face-to-face contact. However, I am offering telephone, Skype and Zoom. Please contact me by e-mail or text in the first instance. Thank you.
I am an MA-qualified psychotherapist working in Hennock, near Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot. My core training and experience is with children from around the age of 6, adolescents and young people, as well as adults. I am an integrative therapist, combining my knowledge and understanding of different elements of psychological theory and technique to match the specific needs of individuals seeking therapeutic support with a number of life challenges, including depression, low mood, anxiety, trauma, school refusal and relationship difficulties.
I am also an Accredited Member with the Foundation for Infant Loss, trained to work therapeutically with parents and families experiencing difficulties as a result of infant loss.
I prefer to work face-to-face, but do offer some telephone contact alongside this. Sessions are for one hour. I do not make a charge for the initial meeting. Please contact me by e-mail or text in the first instance.
