About me and my therapy practice
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor, offering short-term and long-term therapy to adults, in both English and French. I work both indoors or outdoors.
I believe each client is a unique individual and I adapt the work in consequence. I attend to the whole of the person, integrating thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, dreams and social environment. As an ecotherapist, I also take into account our interconnectedness with the natural world and how the state of this relationship might impact on our lives. And finally, I consider the working relationship between my clients and I as central to the therapy.
I'll offer you a warm and confidential space to explore what is troubling you. This might imply looking at your present and past experiences and relationships, as well as your place in the wider world and your more unconscious processes. At times, I might also suggest to work with images, visualizations and nature-based practices.
I’ll provide you with a space where you can talk freely, while being supported in an empathic and exploratory way. My hope is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your environment and identify new resources, thus retrieving a greater freedom in your choices.
I work from two locations:
- The Gestalt Centre, near Kings Cross.
- Queens Wood Cabin, near Highgate.
I invite you to check my website in order to get a better sense of how I work.
