About me and my therapy practice
Through change and discovery of our inner resources we can enhance our relationship with ourselves, with others and accomplish a more fulfilling way to live our lives.
In the process of counselling, exploring your thoughts, feelings and behaviours can help you develop more self-awareness and see problems or issues you are experiencing from a different perspective. This can give you an opportunity to reflect on what you wish to change or overcome. Together we can look at ways to help create those changes and overcome challenges. You may also become more aware of obstacles that prevent you from reaching your goals and aspirations. Together we can explore ways to overcome those obstacles.

I work in an integrative way combining different theoretical approaches, which means our work can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions I am currently offering online counselling.
My first session
The first session will include an assessment, giving you the opportunity to talk about your needs in a little more depth, this will enable me to determine how best to tailor the therapy to suit your needs. We will also agree on how best we can work together ensuring you are actively involved in the process.
Prior to our first session I can offer a free up to 20 minutes telephone consultation.
