About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for visiting my profile, taking that first step to finding a therapist to work with can be daunting.

I am a trained practitioner of Person Centred Counselling. My experience has focused on working with adults with mental health issues e.g. anxiety, stress and depression in the Primary Care setting (GP practice in Fife). In addition, as a bereavement counsellor, I have supported clients to explore and make sense of their grief and loss.

As well as my counselling work, I am a nurse with over thirty years’ experience, where I have specialised in supporting people affected by cancer. Working closely with individuals to navigate their way through the physical and psychological impact of a cancer diagnosis and treatments.

I currently work as a nurse for a cancer organisation. I offer clients the opportunity of short and long term work depending on their individual needs.
