About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my site, Building Bridges Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an experienced and fully qualified Registered and Accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and as such I abide by the BACP’s ethical codes of practice. This includes regular supervision and on-going training.
I know it is difficult to take that first step when you recognise that you need help and I fully understand that you may not have talked about your life in depth to anyone else. However, I will listen empathically and non-judgmentally to your concerns and encourage, support and explore the processes and patterns of your life, in a safe, friendly and confidential environment. I will work with you on a regular day and time to suit your needs, using different models of counselling and other additional training practices, to enable positive changes to take place in your life.
