About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life expreiences creep up on us and all of a sudden we don't feel like ourselves. Life feels like it is going wrong. I practice integrative counselling and so am able to offer therapy which is tailored to your individual needs. I work with individuals providing a safe and non-judgemental space to explore their issues. I have experience of working with loss, bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and issues around identity and self.
Due to the pandemic I am currently offering on-line sessions only via zoom. I offer long-term and short-term therapy to adults.
My first session
During your first session, we will look at what your reasons are for coming to counselling. What you would like to achieve from having counselling and ensure that you feel safe and comfortable with the therapeutic environment. I will also answer any questions you might have about the counselling process.
