About me and my therapy practice
I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, which means that I am trained in and draw on a range of different theories and techniques in my practice.
I will work with you to understand your therapeutic goals, needs and preferences and agree ways of working that best serve you.
At the core of my practice is the belief that therapy works best when there is a strong therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I will work to create a safe and containing space for you within which this relationship can develop.
I am empathic, non-judgemental and authentic.
My first session
I offer a free initial 15 minute conversation to briefly discuss your therapeutic needs and to answer any questions you may have.
This is obligation free and there is no commitment to move forward if you do not wish so.
If you would like to proceed, we will schedule an initial assessment. This is an opportunity to further explore your therapeutic needs and to learn more about you and your background. Following this, we can agree whether to progress with therapy together.
