About me and my therapy practice
You may be feeling anxious, depressed or having relationship issues. Or you may be confused as to how you are feeling, you're just tired of pretending everything is ok and want to feel better. You may have tried talking to friends or family and found it hasn't helped you feel better. At times like these, seeing a counsellor or psychotherapist can help you unburden yourself in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.
I am passionate about my profession and have found my vocation in life with my Counselling work. My aim is to establish a warm, mutually respectful working relationship between us to allow us to explore together what has brought you to therapy and anything else that may arise during our time together, accepting you wherever you may be.
My approach is Person-centred which means I will strive to be deeply understanding, accepting and genuine. I’ll provide a safe environment in which I will listen very carefully to you, offer you unconditional support, value your experience and use that as a basis of all our work.
