About me and my therapy practice
I will see trainee counsellors for £35 an hour and people in receipt of benefits at a reduced fee by prior arrangement. I am happy to confirm by email or letter to their college that trainee counsellors have attended counselling for the required amount of sessions. I work from home in my bungalow which is in a cul de sac in a village with parking in the driveway or in large turning point at end of drive. There is also a public car park available in the village a couple of minutes walk away. About me and my therapy practice
I trained on the Post Graduate Certificate of Person Centred Supervision Course with Temenos. I have several years experience of Person Centred Supervision as well as having supervised part time youth workers in my former role of Youth and Community Worker. I have supervised both qualified and trainee counsellors and see trainees & newly qualified counsellors working towards BACP registration for a reduced rate for both supervision and therapy. As a Youth and Community worker I have been employed by a variety of services, both local authority and voluntary organisations. I am happy to complete supervision reports and any other course requirement when working with trainee counsellors. As well as this I am available by email or phone between sessions if the trainee is particularly concerned about a client they are seeing at a placement while training.
