I am available between the hours of 09:30 -19:00 on weekdays, and Saturdays by appointment but not on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
About me and my therapy practice
I have been a member of the BACP since 1997, and have counselled and coached individuals from diverse communities and with various mental health and neurodiverse conditions. I provide a non-judgmental, safe space online, where you can explore your issues, enabling us to work together to increase your inner potential. I draw on different counselling approaches, such as Person-Centred, Humanistic or solution-focused therapy, depending on your needs.
I work online in a private and secure setting. Here are the topics we can work on in my capacity as a counsellor or a coach:
Counsellor: anxiety, depression. identity (personal or social identity), stress and distress as a result of racism
Coach: anxiety, depression, self-confidence, assertiveness, improve communication skills, learn new coping skills, identify and express emotions, develop healthy habits and behaviours. improve work/life balance
My first session
After our free 10–15-minute introductory phone call, if you choose to book your first session, I will email you a copy of our contract and privacy notice, with an information sheet to be completed before our first session. We will briefly go through that information sheet during our first session and you can ask any further questions during the session to make sure that you are happy with us working together. You are under no obligation to continue counselling after the first session.
