About me and my therapy practice
Deciding to start counselling is an important first step towards helping you understand what has happened, or is happening to you and how counselling can help you to resolve your problems and move forward towards a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.
Counsellors are open minded people who want to help others through their difficult times and increase their quality of life. As a counsellor I understand that we are all unique and we handle our problems and difficulties differently.
I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Humanistic counsellor and I offer a diverse approach to counselling to suit your individual needs.
I provide a therapeutic environment which is safe, totally confidential and non-judgemental, where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings.
I understand how emotions and behaviours develop and I will help you to understand these and decide how you would like to move forward in your life.
I am here to support you; I am a skilled listener and I can offer you insight and perhaps a fresh perspective on your situation which can help you better understand the inner workings of your mind and your emotions.
