About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile, I am Alicia and am a Accredited Counsellor with the BACP. My Integrative style of counselling is based on the person centred approach to therapy combined with other types of counselling such as looking at patterns in relationships to help you break repetitive cycles or exploring CBT techniques to help manage anxiety. I use more than one approach to therapy depending on your needs and experiences.
My specialist interests are working with boarding school survivors and victims of narcissistic abuse.
I usually work from my counselling room based in Stamford town centre. There is a public car park nearby.
At the moment, I can either offer virtual face to face counselling via zoom or telephone counselling. A session lasts 1 hour.
It is a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space. I can offer short or long term counselling depending on what is right for you.

How do I get started? Send me an email via the BACP Directory or visit my website for further information. Once you have made contact, we can arrange a 20 minute free zoom chat or telephone call to explore how we might work together.
Once we have met on zoom or spoken on the telephone, I will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary information to find me easily and to ensure your first session is stress free.
Payment via bank transfer ahead of each session is required to secure your appointment.
