About me and my therapy practice
I work in a positive and non-judgemental way, providing an emotionally warm and empathic atmosphere. I will help you to gain understanding and insight into yourself and will encourage your ability to self reflect, guiding you on to a path of positive change through personal growth and development, whilst empowering you through solving many types of problems.
As per the current social distancing/isolation and lockdown, I now only see clients online for therapy via either Vsee, Skype or FaceTime.

I have a specialist interest, clinical practice experience and specialist training in working with survivors of trauma and abuse. That said I do work with many types of issues. Please do feel free to get in touch to see if I can help.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity for you and me to get a feel for if we gel. It is important to find a therapist you can feel comfortable in talking with. It is common to be a little apprehensive about what to expect and please be assured I work in a relaxed, calm, reassuring yet professional way. There is no pressure whatsoever to make further appointments, I encourage that after your first session, you take some time to decide if you should like to return and then you can contact me thereafter.
