About me and my therapy practice
I am a humanistic therapist working with adults and young people from 12 years upwards. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in a lovely calm room in central Banbury. I specialise in adolescents and young adults, with particular experience in neuro-diversity such as Autism and ADHD, and transgender and other LGBTQ+ issues.
My practice is based on the principles of the person-centred approach, trusting that you, the client, are the expert on yourself. My job is to help you explore your life and any specific needs or issues, so that you feel empowered to make decisions and choices that help you thrive.
