Are the images in your mind of change dominated by failure, of catastrophic proportions perhaps - a worst-case scenario disaster etched onto your imagination?
Our feelings, even those like anxiety, frustration, and sadness, are normal, useful, and enable us to be effective humans. But, when the experience of them is overwhelming, or leave you feeling stuck with no end in sight, seeking help from a therapist can be a courageous step forward. Discover your real potential and an ability to make choices that are better for you.
Finding their inner courage has helped many of my clients give themselves the freedom to open up to new possibilities and perspectives, improve their level of self-awareness, identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviours that are unhelpful, and feel empowered to try and find ways to change them. In addition to registration with BACP as a therapist, I am a Professional Certified Coach with ICF.
My intention is to to create a safe space, both confidentially and non-judgmentally, so that you can feel at ease bringing whatever you would want for us to explore. I work with the majority of my clients online – confidentially and conveniently using Skype, FaceTime or Zoom, but I also see clients face-to-face.
