Helping you to heal your past, to find balance and to live your truth.
Life can be difficult to navigate at times - trying to make sense of yourself, your world and to live as your authentic self. Sometimes even finding the words or identifying your feelings is difficult.
Every journey starts with a single step. We will work with your emotional/physical pain and suffering. I will support you to understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and to feel empowered, set clear boundaries and make informed and rational decisions. This will enable you to foster a clearer, happier and more engaged approach to yourself, life, work and relationships.
Together, we will discover the gift that is you.
Areas of expertise include understanding of human nature and behaviours; getting to the root cause of a person's dis-ease and suffering, how it manifests and coping strategies employed; building resilience; questioning judgments and limiting beliefs; personal development; compassion.
Sessions to individuals and couples, face to face, via Zoom/Skype and by phone.
