About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Coach and Hypnotherapist.
I can help and support you through the issues that you are facing and we will work towards relieving you of such common problems as anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
We can utilise hypnosis as part of our work if you would like to. This can be especially effective when used with psychotherapy for reducing anxiety.
I also train new Psychotherapists with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

Practice description
My practice is in Polegate with easy access from Eastbourne, Hailsham and Lewes. There is free parking outside.
My comfortable, private room, with views to the South Downs is on the first floor.

About me and my therapy practice
I supervise Counsellors and Psychotherapists from newly qualified to fully experienced and professionally established.
Our relationship will allow you a safe space to reflect on how you practice, explore and clarify your thinking, share experiences, talk through anything that triggers you in your therapy and occasionally challenge each other in a mutually trusting and respectful atmosphere.
Practice description
We can meet face to face, via Zoom or by phone as you prefer.

I offer a free 30 minute Zoom session to chat through what you want from supervision and you can ask me any questions you have.
