My first session
It's important to find the right therapist for you, so I offer a free initial phone consultation to help you decide. Please feel free to contact me and then we can agree a suitable time to talk, and you can put any questions you have to me.
If you go on to book a first session, this will be a chance to tell me more about what's troubling you, and for you to experience what it's like to work with me.
Often people find it a relief to start to talk, in confidence; I won't judge or rush in with advice, but instead I will work with you to come to a shared understanding of what's going on.
