About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist, warm, kind and easy to talk to. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore any struggles you may be experiencing so that you can live with a greater sense of well being and self-conﬁdence.
I work Relationally, which means that I consider the relationship between us to be a key part of the therapy; and from an embodied position, which means I work with the whole person - mind, body and spirit. This enables me to work flexibly and holistically and to adapt my approach to meet different individual's needs as necessary.
I am an empathetic and kind person who has a genuine ability to connect with others. I take a thoughtful approach to counselling, building trust and respect with my clients in a safe, friendly and compassionate space.
As an integrative therapist, I use counselling techniques from different therapeutic theories to facilitate sessions with sensitivity and help each person to navigate their own personal journey.
