About me and my therapy practice

Counselling since 1995, I work in Private Practice, as a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Senior Accredited Counselling Supervisor, offering both Long Term and Brief Therapy to Individuals and Couples who work or live in the Milton Keynes, Northampton, Newport Pagnell and Olney and Bedford areas.

My training background is predominantly Psychodynamic, but I work integratively, also incorporating aspects of Person Centred, Humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Systemic theories.
