About me and my therapy practice
As a counsellor, I want to help people feel better - about themselves, their relationships, or their lives in general. I believe in counselling’s power to support people in working through their thoughts and feelings, and discovering a way forward.
I believe that every person has the resources to find their own answers, and by providing a safe, confidential space for you to talk, I hope to help you find those answers.
Whether you are new to counselling or have had therapy in the past, I hope to support you in exploring your feelings about things such as:
- Low mood
- Self-esteem issues
- Confidence issues
- Loss or bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
- Life changes (e.g. a new job or relocation)
This list is not exhaustive, and I will do my best to help you explore anything you wish to talk about in our sessions.
